Q. Is there a minimum purchase?

A. No, MuDare Gifts does not have a minimum purchase.

 

Q. How do I know my order is secure?

A. When you log on to complete your order the site will go into the payments site secure mode so that all of your personal data is scrambled and indecipherable for your protection. It will keep "phishers" from trying to grab your info and using it against you. 

 

Q.  Will my name be sold to other parties?

A. No, all information is confidential.

 

Q. What if I don't have a credit card ?

A.  If you don't have a credit card you can pay by check on line.

 

Q. You've heard of C.Y.A...this is a C.O.A. (cover our a**) Before You get mad because Your size was out of stock....

 

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A. This is the most misunderstood question. Online purchasing does not change the order process. Online shopping  is faster, convenient but requires data verification, processing, and shipping. Because online purchasing  is a no contact environment Mudare must ensure that all orders are valid. (though a few have gotten by, we know who you are). At this time Mudare ships on the average of  24 - 48 hours after same day verification. Mudare does not offer the option of next day for this reason. We are small but growing.

 

Q. What if I don't see what I want , can I request an item?

A. Please do... we have multiple sites which carry items from some of the best suppliers in the country. Send the name, item # (if you have it) with full description including quantity, size and color, along with Your email and we will see what we can do.

 

Q.  Does Mudare offer discounts?

A. We sure do, if You found us by way of one of these "special places"...remember to type in the special code for Your 10.00 discount.  

 

Q. Can I order anytime?

A. That is the beauty of being an online store open 24 hours 7 days a week. You can shop whenever you want, from your own home.
